Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
I KNOW what I need...a 20-minute Savasana, a good sweat rag (maybe two), and LOTS of fluids. Followed by a shower.But if I can't have that, I guess carrying 50lb bags of plaster up 3 flights of stairs is second best. YES!!!!B.
